I'm certain you'll come up with something. Adversity has a way of being fought, and sometimes conquered.
[He's rooting for you. He knows nothing about whatever conflict the younger boy is referencing, but this doesn't mean he can't wish him well.
But he's also not so optimistic or idealistic as to say adversity will always be conquered. He's been burned too many times for that.]
