I would like to lodge a formal complaint at the timing of this particular event. I was given the impression that a tearing out of the heart would take place on a certain date and time. However, the actual event has taken place a full 24 hours beforehand. It's really quite rude that I've RSVPed for a specific time and you've gone and changed the date. What if I was unable to change my schedule accordingly.
